This will probably be a good accommodation site when/if renovations are finished. The rooms shown in the advertising are actually quite nice.
But, paint is flaking from all of the ceilings (a hole in the lounge ceiling). Unpredictable shower (varying between hot and cold) from one minute to the next, dirty blinds and door screens. The bed sheet on one bed split, but the beds were very comfortable. The downstairs lounge suite is quite dirty (doesn't show in the advertising) but the view is lovely.
A selection of 9 keys to door locks throughout the property, only 1 of which can be identified as fitting the appropriate lock.
Lights and switches which defy logic and in some places fail to illuminate beyond a dull glow. Others are fluros from the 1980's.
Washing delicates in the laundry should be done with care as only hot water is fed to the tub and washing machine.
If everything about this property was spot on, it would be more expensive. It is overpriced in it's current condition.
